  Take a deep breath.
This post is partly for my own sake. I want to remind myself, and all of our (4 or 5, at least!) readers, to stop and take a deep breath. Rome wasn't "pimped out" in a day, and unless you have the powers of Cinderella's fairy godmother or Elizabeth Montgomery, you will not be able to wave a wand or wiggle your nose and have everything change immediately (including your signage, your entire collection, and your staff's attitudes!).

So -- if you're a recovering perfectionist overachiever like myself, you need to remember to lower your expectations of yourself. And breathe, every now and again. And stop to celebrate the things you have already accomplished, instead of charging ahead full-steam to tackle the next challenge.
